Yes — that’s the whole point. youchoosework gives you full control to input the availability that fits around your other commitments. When you receive a shift offer, you can reject or request it, no obligations.

No. We’re a platform that connects childcare providers and schools directly with vetted flexible workers. Shifts depend on the staffing needs of our registered settings and vary from week to week.

youchoosework offers flexible roles in schools and childcare settings for both qualified and unqualified workers based on their ratios and staffing needs — from helping out during busy periods to covering staff absences. Whether you’re qualified, experienced, or just passionate about working with children, we’ll guide you through the vetting process and help you find shifts that fit around your life.

We’re currently rolling out across Greater Manchester, with plans to expand nationally soon. If you’re outside the area, you can still register your interest and we’ll let you know when we launch near you.
